I only have /DOS The mountpoint is irrelevant at all (i.e. it doesn't matter if it's called /DOS or /dosc or /I/want/to/have/my/drive/C/down/here). The point is the file system type "msdos". Change that to "vfat" to mount a partition that is formatted with VFAT. For more details see "man fstab" and "man 8 mount" Anyway, it won't solve your problem, because (as others pointed out) Win95 doesn't use VFAT or the standardized ISO9660 with Rockrigde Extensions but a proprietary FS for CDROMs.. > > If not you will have to recompile the kernel with the VFAT stuff turned on. > > > How can I do this? give me some detailed info. As it is not recommended by the nettiquette to post long READMEs here, just a pointer to /usr/src/linux/README ! -- The opinions expressed in this message are my own personal views and do not reflect the official views of Microsoft Corporation
