Heya,
I run linux/w98 with 2 HDD's on my puta, although mine are both IDE the
premise should be the same..

Lilo runs in the MBR (Master Boot Record, i think there is some confusion
over this in some other replys...) of which ever drive is set in the BIOS to
boot too (on my system, the win98 drive). Then you set up lilo (its totally
configurable) either by using a setup utillity (ie YaST in SuSE) or via
editing lilo.conf, usually found in /etc. I would totally recogmend using
lilo as your boot manager, as it allows you to send command lines to the
kernel during boot.

If you need any help actually setting up LILO, post again.... i'm sure there
are loads of people available to help.

Dave
