Hi all,

Recently installed Red Hat 2.5 on my system and get the following error
message when I try to install my sound card (Ensoniq Soundscape/VIVO90)

The following error occurred running the isapnp program. LD
setting_verify failed, this may not be a problem.  Try adding (VERIFYLD
N) to the top of your script.  Error occurred executing request "LD 2"
on or around line 263 --further action aborted.

I also notice that when booting up in the mass of messages that appear
the last line in my error message appears as well.  I know little about
Linux at this stage and therefore don't know what script to edit or how
to edit it, any help will be appreciated thanks.
