I'm a bit confused now. Not sure what to try next I've never had any
problems. You have checked to make sure it's not a Windows only modem?
Try accessing the modem through MS-DOS (not the DOS Window in 95 but
shut down completely to DOS) not sure of the names of any good DOS
terminal programs sure someone can help.
You see if it doesn't work in DOS it's almost certainly Win only :(
