I am looking for some kind of windows system message which would tell me
when a certain file is currently being opened (opened, but not by my
application). Actually, a message telling me that a file is being accessed
would do too. I would also be looking for a message saying that the file is
being closed...

Can anyone help? Or give me some web site where I would be likely to find
the information I'm looking for?
