I would like to hear of the existence of a good book on Windows using C nto C++. I am an old Programmer I'm comfortable with procedural paradigms and can't get my head around OOP (Objectionable Oppressive Paradigm) I fear I'll have an embolus if I try to program in C++. Are there any good books that have plenty of examples about common controls etc etc Are there any good Tutorials on the internet I found A nice one about a year ago that happily got me started. I learn by seeing it done first then trying it out. I can't make head nor tail out of the Online SDK and there seems to be very few examples of code. What happened to the good old days of Borland Turbo C every function had an example ?? hmmmm must be getting really old eh? Where can I find the information I need? -- [][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][] [] Warmest Regards Philip Huskisson [] mailto:philip.h@usa.net []
