I have a little program that uses the Progress bar.

Now I initialize the progress bar like so ..
hProgWnd = CreateWindowEx(0, PROGRESS_CLASS,NULL,WS_CHILD |
WS_VISIBLE,19,139,238,8,hDlg, (HMENU) 0,hInstance,NULL);

Now I Know I can position the bar in the resource editor and it thus gets
an entry in the .rc file.

But I don't know how to use this entry, I imagine a call to the macro
MAKEINTORESOURCE but how, where .

I can't understand a word of the SDK I don't know who they wrote it for.
