Hi there,

I use the ctl3d.dll for myself (I hope I have the right to do this since
I've found it in one of the ftp cites), but do I have a right to
re-distribute it along with my programs to the 3rd parties?
Probably, I could do this had I use the Microsoft SDK, but I prefer
Borland c++ 3.1...
The documentation does not seem to contain any info about this.
