Format of .REX executables (Watcom C/386)?

Hello ... just possibly this question is in the FAQ, but I haven't seen the
FAQ. What I'm wondering is, does anyone have a description of the .REX
executable format produced by the Watcom C/386 compiler? I'm using it to
compile 32-bit programs under Windows 3.1 The .REX file is the
"relocatable executable" produced by the linker and converted into a .EXE
or .DLL file by the program "WBIND". Apparently this format was created
by Phar Lap.

Thanks in advance ...
