Subject: Spreadsheet dialog box?


I want to produce a spreadsheet style dialog box; the 
dialog will begin by only containing a row of edit
fields under different headings, but how do I dynamically
produce further edit fields and position them correctly 
within the dialog window when the next row is required.

I am using borland C++, so if anyone can give me some
pointers of how to do this or if there is a book
covering the programming of spreadsheet applications
for windows then I will be able to get on and code
something that at the moment looks a little tricky.
