Hi - Does anyone know if it is possible to register for callbacks from a DLL within visual basic 2.0? In particular, I would like to open a midi input device. The callback can either be to a function, or as a message posted to a window. (I'd like to be able to do both). Any suggestions appreciated. Tom Hill

I beleive you will have to write a VBX (normally in C) and add it to your VB environment. Desaware sells an add-on, "SpyWorks-VB", that seems to do that and more. I beleive MicroHelp has a CallBack VBX as well. -- ============================================================================= Tommy Petersson tope@enea.se Enea Data AB, Sweden =============================================================================
