I need someone to write me a graphic/video viewer/editor that I can
use for distribution on CD. This program must be self contained and
require no install; must run directly from the CD via an Autorun.inf
and work on a wide array of PCs. I can offer a small fee in return.

If you like I can send a sample that I already have which is almost
perfect, but uses Directx and has problems, it is .99M.

Thanks.
