HELP !  When I try to read floppy a: or B: (do DIR ), I get this error:

Not ready A (or B)
Abort, retry,fail? VOL has no label

Abort, retry,fail?Fail on int 24

ANy idea what this means ?  THe pc is a 1992 ibm compatible with hard 
disk C, lge. floppy b: and small floppy a:
