Ok

Next open up the case, if you feel confident enough, take the ribbon cable off
the back of the A drive (which I am assuming is a 1.2Meg drive) turn it upside
down i.e. the first lead is now the last lead and put that onto the 1.44Meg
floppy drive. similarly flip the cable from the 1.44 and put on the 1.2.
Replace cover, get a pair or rubber gloves/fire extinguisher/goggles and turn
on ;-). Go into BIOS and tell it A is now 1.44 and B is now 1.2. If the ribbon
cable is the problem replace it as this is cheap and you don't risk any
shorts.

If you spell my name wrong again (two l's not one), I will fart in your
general direction. Go ahead and try me PUNK! ;-).
