I posted this question some time ago, but I never got any useful
replies.

I have tried lately to use a variety of parameters to read amiga-
formatted disks on my PC. I believe that this could be done by
manipulating the drive parameter table among other things, but since
I have hardly any idea about which values to set, I only get wierd 
results, like crashing any program using the disk next, and once
I had to use a screwdriver to loosen the disk head.

So if anyone out there has done this before, or could guide me in
the correct direction I would be very pleased.

And please do not recomend any software where the source is not available.
