Hi all

I am writing a program that runs in 32-bit protected mode, an I have the
following code in a use32 code segment:

	push	offset vstart

Vstart is a label in a use16 data segment. TASM generates a 16-bit push
(using the 66h prefix). How can I tell it to generate a 32-bit push ?
