Programmers that have developed Clipper applications used by ICLASS, the
IBM educational network shell:

Users are saying that our Clipper application does not work with ICLASS:
network sharing errors occur.  EXCLUSIVE is set OFF inside the program,
databases are set to READ/WRITE access, and the .EXE file is set to
READONLY (it was linked with Blinker).  Am I missing anything?  I do not
have ICLASS documentation here to consult.
