Hi everyone:
A short time ago I saw several postings here describing methods to detect
if 'SHARE' was loaded. Fantastic!
However, I also have the need to detect if a LAN network is loaded...it
has to detect whether NETBIOS, or LANTastic, or (etc...) is installed.
Basically, what I want to do is:
if ((network_installed()) && (!share_loaded()))
chastise_user("You IDIOT! SHARE must be installed!\n");
Does anyone have any reliable methods to do this? Please respond via
e-mail to preserve bandwidth, I shall be more than happy to follow-up
here with a summary.
Thanks in advance!
