Are you interested in which users are using how much disk space, or
which 
directories are using how many bytes?

Both of the following are DOS-based shareware for PC's.  For the former, 
DUSAGE will create a nice report supporting multiple volumes.  Older 
versions did not support NetWare 4.1, but the newest version (May '96)
does.

For the latter, Disk-At-A-Glance (DAAG) does a good job at displaying
the
byte usage by directory, in text and graphical format.
