Sylvia is right, call Novell technical support. You may need to provide 
some form of dial-in facility for them to work on your NDS database. 
Also not to forget, they will charge and by the way, only CNEs' are 
allowed to call them, so contact the company who installed your system 
or any NASC (Novell Authorized Service Centre), now known as NetExpert 
Provider.
