Merging 2 NetWare 4.1 file servers

I had two NetWare 4.1 file servers that were not connected.  We now have a
connection between them.  Both of them are on the same segment name.  Both
of them also both have the same Organization name in the NDS tree.

How do I merge to the servers and synchronize them together?
