You might consider the John Baird utilities (setowner). You can
download them using anonymous ftp from:
	dorm.rutgers.edu:/pub/novell/utilities/jrb211a.zip

You also can have a look at the Wofgang Schreiber utilities:

Or you can look for the Mass User Management (windows) program:
