First time I did this Cheyenne told me to reinstall but sub license disk.  This 
is not the way to do it.  Just run astop.  Then copy the license file on the 
disk over the one in the arcserve/nlm directory (might be another directory 
buts its called license.) rerun astart and off you go.  (Make a copy of the old 
license file just in case.)

I just went from 250 -> 500 using this method with no trouble.
