Has anyone upgraded from WordPerfect Office 3.1 to GroupWise 4.1? If so,
how did you plan your strategies and migration? I'm interested in
hearing what agendas people designed.

So far, my (admittedly rought draft) agenda scopes out like this:

- Install GW admin on existing dedicated WP Office 3.1 admin server
- Install Message Server NLMs on same dedicated server
- Install DOS and Windows clients for select people (alpha testers)
- Establish E-mail communication works inside and across post offices
- Convert In/Out Boxes and E-mail groups from 3.1 to 4.1 for alpha testers
- Install MFC conversion program to allow message file conversion
between 4.1 alpha testers and existing 3.1 population
- Roll out clients to beta test group
- Upgrade systems in other national offices (does anyone use the Message
Server NLMs to communicate across WAN? Any performance issues?)
- Upgrade current MCI and async gateways
- Install SMTP gateway for Internet access

Thanks much for your help.
