Is this a known bug with VLMs?

hello

I'm using version 1.2 of the VLMs (with the fixes in vlmfx2.exe). When I
shell out to DOS from within a Windows session and I try to copy a file on a
map rooted drive the PC crashes. This only happens if I use a '.' to
indicate I want the same file name for the target file, e.g.

copy win31\win.ini temp\.

It doesn't happen on drives which haven't been map rooted or when the
command doesn't use the dot convention.

Has anyone else noticed this? I was hoping that vlmfx2 would solve this but
apparently not. I know its not strictly necessary to put the dot in but I,
and I suspect many other users, do this habitually and its really annoying
when the PC crashes!

Thanks in advance for any feedback

Nigel
