'Read-Only Compatibility' on/off on the fly?

Hi

Does anyone know of a program that allows you to change the value of this
parameter on the fly rather than having to edit the net.cfg and reboot the
PC?

I would like to have this set to off most of the the time and just switch it
on for those old DOS applications requiring it.

Thanks for your help

Nigel
