They are documented, but it seems only in the programmer's

They do NOT let you change LIBPATH on the fly.  One is searched before
the real LIBPATH and the other is searched after.

They are NOT environment variables.  You can not view their contents
from the command line.  And their sizes are limited.

You don't want to do this.  You can really screw yourself up doing
this, since it then becomes possible to wipe out your entire LIBPATH
for a session.

And it may not work.  The extended libpath segments have a limited
size.

A better idea is to keep your core DLLs on the real LIBPATH and use
the beginning and ending LIBPATHs for the directories that you may or
may not want on it at various times.
