Version 1.36.

Yes to both, although it is certified only under OS/2 2.0.  I have
tested Version 1.35 under OS/2 2.1 (March beta), and it works fine.

If these are both SCSI devices, I would assume so.  Sytron is
constantly updating their list, so I'd check with them.

An awful lot -- it has the broadest driver support of any OS/2 tape
backup package.  I use it with a Wangtek 5150EQ (a.k.a. Compaq
150/250) tape drive.

Any moderately sized software distributor should be able to get it for
you.
