I signed up for this service with Indelible Blue about a month ago and faxed
the registration card IB promptly sent me promptly back to IBM. But IBM has
never gotten back to me.

When I called around IBM today to see what was afoot, finally landing in the
Software Choice pod, both the agent for the sign-up program and her supervisor
(to whom I was bumped up to when I demurred) both told me that the only folks
who could legitimately obtain this Software Protection plan were users who had
had $10,000+ OS/2 contracts. She said Indelible Blue had "no business" selling
the plan to me. That's not what IBM said in its press release, I insisted.
They said I didn't know what I was talking about. Wow!

I was so steamed that I sent a note about it to Mike Lawrie. We'll see.
