Once you get the utility disks set up (there is a program to do that 
included w/BA/2), and the backup set containing your boot drive information
is called DRIVEC backed up to the first SCSI tape drive, you would :

1) Boot from the utility disks
2) fdisk/format/etc. the drive if not already done
3) Put the tape into the drive
4) Enter 'clrest -d SCSITAPE:1 -name DRIVEC -p-'
5) Reboot after restore is done.

BTW, this is assume you're using a reasonably recent version (v4.x) of the 
software.  Older versions had this same capability, but used a slightly different
syntax.
