Hi,

A friend of mine wants to sell me his CD-ROM which came with his
Gateway 2000 computer. It's a single speed SONY (I don't know which
model) which operates through an AT bus host adapter. My question is
it it compatible with OS/2 2.1 ? I looked at the compatibility guide
and there are only three SONY drives listed and most of the CD-ROM
drives supported appear to be SCSI based. I would really appreciate
any info on this because the price is unbeatable ($75 !). However,
I must be sure that this unit will work under OS/2 2.1. Any help
will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
John Duchowski
