OS/2 Warp Boot Manager and Promise IDE conflict

	I have a problem using the OS/2 Warp Boot Manger and the Promise
DC4030VL-2 IDE together.  If the disk I/O handler is set to Turbo or Fast
then the PC locks up before displaying the boot manager screen.  When the
disk I/O handler is set to Normal I get the Boot Manager display and I have
no problems in getting to and using either DOS or OS/2.

	Before installing OS/2 and its Boot Manager on my PC the DC4030VL-2
performed excellently with no problems using Turbo mode so I conclude that
there are no hardware compatability problems on my PC.

	Is there a known solution to this problem so that I can use Turbo
mode and the Boot Manager ?

	My system is:

	486 DX25 AMI BIOS
	8M ram
	Sound Blaster 1.0
	Panasonic CR 563 with MKE interface card
	Zoltrix 28.8 Modem

	Drive 1 (master): Seagate ST3550A
		1M   Startable primary partition : boot manager
		150M Bootable primary Dos partion FAT c:
		150M logical FAT e:
		130M Bootable logical HPFS f:

	Drive 2 (slave): Quantum 170AT
		163M Primary partion FAT d:
