We have someone here trying to run both a Token Ring card and an Ethernet card
in the same machine. On the ethernet card they are trying to run both TCP/IP and
Novell IPX, but the ODI2NDI drivers refuse to bind to the adaptor. (the TR card is
for talking to DDCS/2)

Could some kind sould out there please help. Copies of working protocol.ini, 
net.cfg and config.sys files would be helpfull, particularly if you have tried 
running multiple adaptors.
