I've done it, but with IPX and NETBIOS going TR (ODI)  and TCP/IP going
Ethernet (NDIS). My major hang up was making sure that the IRQ's were OK.
Once I figured that out, everything worked fine. I was never able to get
the ODI2NDI driver to properly work.

I'll send the documents I wrote and sample cfg/ini/sys files by email.
