Between spending most of their time porting things to Windows NT and Java they have little time for much else. Next year who knows what it will be. The thing I can't understand is how a company like I.B.M. stays in business after consistently creating good technology products and letting them die -- along with the suckers they convinced to buy it. It seems like the giant pool of suckers should be getting smaller.
