Nor should he. His product is the compiler. It's simply not his job to answer 
programming questions about OS/2 itself. Do you honestly expect him to provide 
programming help for OS/2 to someone using BC++? Do you expect the Borland 
folks to provide general OS/2 programming help?

The Developer's Assistance Program (gee, what a name) is the right place for 
the function you're asking for. If they're not providing that level of 
assistance, then that's a problem.
