I've just finished the above-named book and want to find the code disk
advertised in the back. Is it available online? Either on hobbes or CIS?
It's supposed to have source for a Workplace client and DBM server for
a toy "Club Med" reservation system. The client is a set of Workplace
classes that keep their persistent data in a remote database.
