I've also had problems with the fulfillment center, I never received the
October PDK. I got Sept and ordered the October, but received the Nov
instead. I did not notice until a few weeks later and have been told
that they no longer have them. They told me that I should find someone
that has it and make a copy (a copy of a CD-ROM -- yeh right we all
have CD-ROM writers on our desks) since you can legally make 10 copies
    of each CD.

If anyone has an extra copy or a copy that they do not plan to use, I'd
be very grateful if I could buy it from you.

Thanks very much and a Happy Winter Solstice
