I'm attempting to make something out of the Presentation Driver Display mess, 
and have the extra files from the beta 32-bit GRE for the toolkit, but I
can't find such goodies as SCREENRESOLUTION, and DSP_RESOLUTION_OBTAINABLE
etc. Can some kind soul point me in the right direction, or tell me how to get
hold of the SVGA DAK that has been mentioned on Compu$erve recently.
