From article <1jnhfnINNn11@uwm.edu>, by tanith@csd4.csd.uwm.edu (Mike Kretzer):
> I just received an upgrade form for Microsoft MASM 6.1. Does anyone
> know if it will still run under OS/2 as an OS/2 application like
> MASM 6.0?

I also received a notice of the 6.1 upgrade available. What was my
first response? I WROTE A LETTER ASKING FOR INFORMATION ABOUT AN
OS/2 COMPABLE VERSION.

ALL PROGRAMMERS! Please do the same! If we send enough request to
the MASM division of Microsoft, perhaps they will consider us real
enough to be included in future releases. They give you a postage
free envelope. Just add a note (preferrably on company letterhead)
saying:

"Thank you for the information concerning MASM 6.1. However, we are
committed to supporting OS/2 environments. Would you please send me
information on a 32 bit version of MASM supporting OS/2 2.0. Thank
you."
