If your source code is in the current directory it should show up.  If not,
you should "SET PMDPATH=x:\dir\source".  I can't quite remember off hand,
it may be IPMDPATH instead of PMDPATH.  Try both and see what works.

This path must be set to where your source code is so that IPMD can find the
source.  Otherwise, IPMD does not know where to look.
