The full name is the OS/2 2.0 Developer's Toolkit.  It is published by
IBM.  Its list price is about $120, but it can be gotten for about $80
from many discount places (like Programmer's Paradise 1-800-445-7899
for info, ordering, and to get a catalog).  It contains many useful
utilities, on-line programming documentation for most of the API, lots
of examples, headers (for ICC, but can be made to work with GCC), a
debugging kernel. resource editors, and a few other things that I
forget about.
