CIPHER 5210 (R627; R638) QIC TAPE Streamer

Does anyone have a spare controller for a CIPHER external QIC
tape streamer. I thought it might work off a Wangtek PC-02 card
(it has a plug which fits that socket) but it doesn't.

I'm looking for information on such a controller, and ideally a
controller itself, one which would otherwise be going into a
rubbish bin.
