DEST PC SCAN 3000: Flatbed Greyscale Scanner Parts Wanted

The  DEST PC Scan 3000 was a good scanner in its day but DEST  do 
not  exist  anymore. I have been trying to get a  replacement  PC 
controller  card and scanner PCB (comes out quite easily) as  the 
costs  of  getting it repaired are uneconomical. I  know  exactly 
what  to do to physically replace the PCB so am looking for  some 
kind soul out there who knows of the existence of a DEST PC  3000 
out  there which has been junked but which could be  cannibalised 
for  parts. If anyone could be so kind as to do this for me,  I'd 
pay  them an inconvenience fee and the carriage to  London  (just 
the PCB, controller and maybe the bulb).

the existence of such a greyscale flatbed scanner anywhere.
