There are a set of instructions on how to do this on Microsoft's
site. Different versions of the instructions are self-contradictory,
but it involves running a special file, usualy hacking the registry
extensively, and reinstalling every known Service Pack.

IMHO doing a reinstall is less indusive of grey hair.

   Regards,
           Harry.
