TCP/IP on Token Ring (broadcast msgs)

I have PS/2s running OS/2 EE 1.2 with the Communications Manager and TCP/IP 1.0
for OS/2 on a token ring. From my LAN analyzer I notice that broadcast messages
from all of my machines have destination addresses of C000FFFFFFFF. No matter
what configuration paramters I manipulate in the TCP/IP configuration screens
(using icat), I cannot get the broadcast destination address to be all F's.
Has anyone in net lan seen this problem and does anyone know a solution?

More info - my network address is of the 192.4.0.0 scheme.

Thanks in advance....
