We're using a product called Eskertun 8.0 for the TCP/IP stack to talk to the server thru our Windows PC's for a terminal emul. program. The old network was/is novell 3.11, supposedly you can run both the TCP/IP and the IPXODI/NETX on the same cards, ( 3Com's 3C509's ) Does anyone know how to configure the autoexec.bat and the config.sys and most of all the autotcp.bat for the eskertun tcp stack so that teh 3Com is running two vertual cards ? We were running with two NIC's in each system but we want to pull the old Novell cards ( NE2000-Arcnet 's ) for obvious reasons ( don't laugh !! ) And run with both topos on the same NIC. I already switched the NIC in the Novell box to a 3C509 and re-config'ed the startnet etc, it's working fine. We're just haveing problems with the Eskertun stuff crashing the Novell box once the call is made to the autotcp.bat Anyone have any ideas... or am I missing the bloody obvious !!
