I recently installed ISODE-8.0 but I can't seem to keep the tsapd running. I changed the $(ETCDIR)isotailor file to display all messages for tsap and then ran the test suite a la ./make test. Here are the results aquarius# /net/archive/isode/etc/tsapd starting listening on Internet=+102 T-CONNECT.INDICATION: <5, Internet=134.87.60.57+1178, '0206'H/Internet=134.87.60.57+102, 0, 2041> starting unable to determine community for aquarius A-ASSOCIATE.INDICATION: <5, "isode miscellany", <,,,>, <1.17.4.0.8,,,>, 0> RO-INVOKE.INDICATION/5: utcTime A-RELEASE.INDICATION/5: 0 aquarius# /usr/sunlink/osi/etc/osirstat -n | grep ^DA /usr/sunlink/osi/etc/osirstat: Command not found. aquarius# I applogise if I've overlooked something simple in the configuration, but I've gone over the installation instructions several times and nothing obvious pops out. If anyone has some helpful comments I'd appreciate it. Please replay to eric@sfu.ca. I'm particularly puzzled by the message "unable to determine community for aquarius" (which does not get displayed when there is no $(ETCDIR)isotailor file present.
