I'm interested in the status of ODA/ODIF as a standard.  Where does it fit
in GOSIP?  What is its relationship to SGML?  I have a vague concept
of ODA, but nothing at all about ODIF.  Is there a reference, a book?

Isn't ODA becoming mandatory for USGov't procurements because of GOSIP
Version 2 (effective October 3, I think)?  

How close is ODA with DEC's CDA?
