Yes,

US The US GOSIP specification is available via anonymous ftp.

The machine you want to ftp to is:
			osi.ncsl.nist.gov (129.6.48.100)

The directory is ./pub/gosip for GOSIP version 2 (./pub/gosip.v1 for
gosip version 1) It is available in three different formats: WordPerfect 5.0,
PostScript, or ACSII text (The ACSII text version doesn't have the figures
that the WP and PostScript formats do).

Hope this helps,

Jim
